In 2005, I was designated, by the Luxury Home Council, an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist. This designation requires Specialist's training and expertise in meeting the complex needs and protecting the interests of real estate clients whose transactions involve properties valued at more than twice the average sale price for the local market.
Many of my clients have implemented their plans for a secondary (vacation) or retirement home by previewing, purchasing and selling properties located in King, Kitsap and Island Counties of Washington State.
